I enjoy working with individuals including adolescents and seniors, couples, families – nuclear, joint and extended families. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, stress, grief and loss, self-esteem, racial and sexual minorities, immigrant populations and the multi-generations.

At the core of my therapy practice is a belief in the inherent strength and resilience of individuals. I employ a blend of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, always adapted to fit the cultural context and life experiences of each client. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and embark on a path of growth and self-discovery.
